About This Role
Our Phorms Campus Berlin Mitte is ideally situated in the vibrant center of the city. This unique campus houses a nursery, a primary school, and a secondary school, bringing together a community of 930 children and young adults who learn and grow together in an international environment. Our bilingual approach, delivered through an immersion method, forms the foundation of our international orientation. In addition to our inviting brick building, our location boasts a warm, family-like atmosphere and a welcoming spirit. The campus features two gymnasiums, a theater hall, and a well-lit library.
Phorms Berlin Mitte is a proud member of the Phorms Education SE network, which has been enhancing the educational landscape in Germany since 2006 through its bilingual schools and nurseries.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Primary Teacher to join our team in Berlin Mitte, with an immediate start.

Your Responsibilities
•
Designing lessons that are appropriate and competency-oriented according to established curricula
•
Fostering a positive, encouraging, and welcoming classroom atmosphere
•
Evaluating student work, which includes preparing and correcting assignments and grading for report cards
•
Employing differentiated teaching strategies and materials to address the diverse needs and interests of students
•
Coordinating, executing, and following up on parent-teacher conferences and meetings
•
Actively participating in school events and conferences
Your Profile
•
Possession of a Master's degree (in primary education, teaching, education, or a related field) and/or a PGCE/PGDE
•
Ideally, prior teaching experience in a primary school environment
•
A keen interest in developing and implementing innovative pedagogical concepts focused on the individualized growth of students
•
Enthusiastic and committed to engaging with our educational philosophy
•
Ability to serve as a role model for students and a passion for teaching in a primary school setting
