About the Role:
In your role as a Secondary ESL Teacher, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional English language instruction that caters to a diverse range of student abilities. You will motivate learners with high-quality teaching that showcases your strong subject expertise and a genuine enthusiasm for the discipline. Your responsibilities will include planning engaging lessons utilizing various effective teaching methods to spark curiosity and address the needs of all students. You will leverage assessment data to inform your teaching, track student progress, and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their academic aspirations. As a valued member of the school community, you will contribute to reports, uphold discipline in accordance with school policies, and engage in broader responsibilities such as form tutoring, extracurricular activities, and staff development. Additionally, you will maintain the highest standards of safeguarding and student wellbeing.

This is a permanent, full-time position, with a start date of 31/08/2026.

Who We Are Looking For:
We seek a dedicated and innovative educator who genuinely enjoys working with young people. You will possess strong organizational skills, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for helping students reach their full potential. You have a solid understanding of effective teaching, learning, and assessment practices, and you handle change with sensitivity.

Candidates should hold a recognized teaching qualification (PGCE or international equivalent), demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding, and maintain an enthusiastic approach to inspiring students daily.
