As an English Teacher at GEMS Al Barsha National School, you will provide stimulating and thought-provoking lessons that cultivate a profound appreciation for the English language and literature. You will assist students in honing their reading, writing, and analytical abilities, ensuring that all learners achieve their maximum academic potential. Outside the classroom, you will actively engage with the broader school community by participating in co-curricular activities, school events, and continuous curriculum enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, prepare, and deliver exceptional Physics lessons that motivate and captivate students of varying abilities.

· Encourage a passion for reading, writing, and communication through innovative and meaningful learning experiences.

· Evaluate, document, and report on student progress, utilizing data to guide planning and differentiation.

· Create an inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports every learner and promotes academic excellence.

· Collaborate with colleagues to craft innovative curricula and exchange best practices.

· Maintain effective communication with parents to provide regular updates on student progress and achievements.

· Attend departmental meetings, engage in professional development, and participate in co-curricular initiatives.

Qualifications & Knowledge

· Bachelor’s Degree in Physics or a closely related discipline, along with a recognized teaching qualification/license (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).

· Proficiency in ICT and digital tools to enhance the teaching and learning experience.
