• Utilize your background in international education, particularly within the British Curriculum, to craft meaningful learning experiences for our students.

• Foster a learning culture that appreciates and honors agency, equipping students with the skills necessary to excel in Psychology.

• Partner with fellow educators to develop comprehensive learning schemes.

• Assist students in achieving personalized learning pathways.

• Create a robust learning environment that helps students feel integral to a rigorous yet enjoyable learning community.

Responsibilities/Duties:

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• A collaborative mindset to engage with colleagues in order to enhance student learning continuously.

• Creativity in your approach to designing educational experiences.

As a Psychology specialist, you will possess:

• Deep expertise in, and a contagious enthusiasm for, a variety of Psychology content.

• Experience delivering Psychology through interactive and engaging learning experiences.

• Exceptional entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and the ability to transform new ideas into reality.

Desired Criteria for the Role:

• A B.Ed., or a relevant degree accompanied by a PGCE/PGDE (or equivalent) in Psychology, showcasing strong subject knowledge.

• Significant experience teaching the AQA GCSE and A-Level Psychology specifications is highly preferred, as this is the curriculum we follow. A proven history of achieving outstanding results in GCSE and A-Level Psychology is also essential.

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
