We value staff who embody our principles of responsibility, resilience, respect, and integrity.

We are eager to receive applications from fully qualified/licensed teachers who can deliver KS3 and IGCSE English. While the ability to teach additional subjects like Global Perspectives, Drama, or Art is advantageous, it is not mandatory.

We cater to students aged 2-18, offering IEYC, IPC, an adapted version of England’s KS3 National Curriculum, (i)GCSE, and A levels (Cambridge and Pearson Edexcel). Our educational philosophy aims to inspire and challenge learners, nurturing their natural curiosity, passion for learning, and a strong sense of belonging within our school community, alongside a commitment to the broader community.

Designed with the educational needs of children in mind, our campus provides a stimulating and safe environment. It features a world-class learning atmosphere with spacious classrooms, interactive whiteboards, robust ICT infrastructure, specialized art, science, and computing labs, a 600-seat theater, a full-size gym, three swimming pools, two astroturf football pitches, and expansive outdoor play areas. Situated in a green and accessible part of Tashkent, WIST stands out not only for its exceptional facilities but also, more importantly, for the dedicated staff and vibrant students who bring energy and life to our mission.

WIST embraces an inclusive, internationally-oriented mission and is devoted to nurturing the whole child alongside achieving academic excellence.

As a progressive and ambitious institution, WIST expects our teachers to be exceptional practitioners who deliver outstanding educational experiences across all areas. We are looking for educators who share this vision to join our team.

Teachers are offered an attractive tax-free salary with significant savings potential, housing, flights, extensive medical coverage, a luggage allowance, and the chance to work in a supportive and collaborative environment in this remarkable country.
