Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum Experience: 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute effective admissions plans to achieve enrollment goals.
- Spearhead marketing strategies to elevate the school’s profile and reputation.
- Oversee communications with prospective families, agents, and partners.
- Organize open houses, tours, fairs, and various recruitment events.
- Evaluate market trends to discover growth opportunities.
- Work alongside academic leadership on marketing materials that reflect ISD’s values.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 2 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or related roles, ideally in educational settings.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
- Exceptional writing and speaking skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including social media platforms.
- Capacity to analyze data for informed decision-making.
