About This Role

Lanna International School is seeking a passionate and committed Computer Science teacher to join our Secondary team in August 2026. If you possess experience teaching iGCSE and A Level Computer Science and are eager to enhance students' skills and comprehension in this vital area, this is a fantastic chance to influence their futures in a technology-centric world. You will engage with highly motivated, kind, and inquisitive LANNA students, making your teaching experience here truly fulfilling.

As a member of our Science and Technology department, your primary responsibilities for the 2026/27 academic year will include:

- Instructing AS & A Level Computer Science (Cambridge International syllabus 9618)

- Teaching iGCSE Computer Science for Years 10 & 11 (Cambridge International syllabus 0478)

What we are seeking:

- A PGCE (or an equivalent full teaching qualification) along with a degree in Computer Science.

- Ideally, prior experience teaching within a UK educational framework.

- A creative and innovative mindset in engaging students in their learning journey.

- A genuine enthusiasm for teaching IGCSE and A Level qualifications.

Please be advised: Candidates lacking a full teaching qualification and relevant degree will not be considered.

- A comprehensive review of employment history, requiring explanations for any gaps that will be followed up during the interview process.
