About This Role

Dove Green Private School (DGPS) is proud to be a British community school that offers a unique educational experience in the vibrant Dubai Investment Park, close to the Expo 2020 venue. Our British educational principles emphasize respect, tolerance, inclusivity, and a dedication to academic excellence, nurturing well-rounded individuals with a global perspective. We strive to create an environment that honors the esteemed traditions of British education while promoting a worldwide outlook. Our secondary school has recently celebrated a successful inaugural set of iGCSE results and is set to launch its Sixth Form in August 2026. As we move into our new building equipped with outstanding facilities, we continue to exemplify educational excellence, fostering a joyful, supportive, and inclusive community. Our forward-thinking approach to education transcends conventional boundaries, and as the first UK curriculum school in the region, DGPS is recognized for leading educational innovation while upholding its community values and addressing the needs of Dubai's rapidly growing south side.

We are seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, and understanding educators who can teach, lead, and develop our GCSE, A-Level, and BTEC courses, becoming integral members of a progressive community school with a rapidly growing reputation in the region. As a vital part of our newly expanded team, your role will ensure that the British ethos is woven throughout our educational methods, fostering an environment where students excel academically and cultivate a global mindset in alignment with the Dubai Education 33 strategy (E33). This strategy aspires to provide every student with a world-class education that meets the highest international standards while being rooted in Emirati values. E33 celebrates the rich multicultural landscape of Dubai, ensuring that both heritage and diversity remain central to the educational experience.

Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to engaging with the local community and finding ways to involve parents, establishing effective partnerships. The ideal candidate will resonate with DGPS's core values and ethos, contributing to a community that harmonizes the best of British education with the E33 initiative, preparing students for success in an ever-evolving world while possessing a deep understanding and appreciation of the region's values. Above all, we seek insightful, motivated, and grounded educators dedicated to fostering a culture of collaborative success and progressive learning through our vision of learning and growing together.

Parent feedback encapsulates our ethos: "Teachers know my child; they don’t need to look at their laptop to tell me about their progress. That is the most amazing thing. Love the school and the teachers!”

If you are eager to join a high-achieving, welcoming, and inclusive school with opportunities for professional growth, we would be thrilled to hear from you. A strong drive, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude are essential.
