About the Programme: The Vinschool Advanced (Cambridge) Programme is a cohesive bilingual initiative that integrates the Vinschool Education System, the Vietnamese national curriculum, and the Cambridge International Programmes.

What We Need: Vinschool is on the lookout for enthusiastic, qualified, and certified educators to join our international teaching staff. Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering the Cambridge ESL Programme at the Secondary school level, adhering to the Cambridge International Curriculum Framework. Applicants should possess the necessary qualifications and experience, demonstrating a strong commitment to supporting students in both academic and extracurricular pursuits.

Essential Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Instructing English (as a Second/Foreign Language) in accordance with the Cambridge International Curriculum requirements.
• Developing curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching materials, as well as managing information on the LMS.
• Customizing teaching methods, learning strategies, and instructional resources to cater to the diverse needs and interests of students.
• Assessing student achievement, tracking academic progress, and providing constructive feedback.
• Setting classroom standards and monitoring student performance, behavior, social development, and health.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, or guardians to review student progress and address any academic or behavioral challenges.
• Designing and implementing remedial programs for students in need of additional support.
• Participating in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
• Planning and engaging in extracurricular activities such as clubs, academic competitions, etc.
• Carrying out various professional responsibilities as assigned by the Principal/Director.

Qualifications:
• Degree in Education in a relevant area.
• Valid Professional Teaching qualification/license/certification as required.
• Preference will be given to applicants holding a Master's degree.

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of professional teaching experience (post-qualification) in a formal school setting.
• Familiarity with the Cambridge International Curriculum is preferred but not mandatory.

Language Proficiency:

• Proficient English speaker (minimum C1 level).

Soft Skills and Characteristics:

• Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
• Strong skills in classroom management, time management, interpersonal relations, and teamwork.
• Adaptable, patient, flexible, dedicated, and possessing a positive attitude.
