Candidates who wish to apply should:

Hold a BEd or Bachelor's degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent qualification,
•
Demonstrate proven experience in teaching Secondary A Level Chemistry,
•
Exhibit a willingness to collaborate and share their exemplary practices,

Possess a growth mindset, characterized by reflection and solution-oriented thinking,
•
Approach teaching with creativity and enthusiasm,
•
Have excellent interpersonal abilities to work effectively with colleagues, students, and parents,

Interviews will be conducted face-to-face in the UK from February 20th to 22nd at four locations: London, Manchester, Cardiff, and Glasgow.
