About This Role

Eaton International Schools (EIS) operate in Jade Hills Kajang and Alam Impian Shah Alam, providing a modern international education from preschool up to IGCSE levels, led by a predominantly expatriate teaching staff. The Candidate:

EIS is on the lookout for Geography specialists who adopt a creative and forward-thinking approach to teaching. We need educators who possess the vision and skills necessary to enrich the Geography component of our Humanities curriculum for KS3 and KS4. Ideal candidates will be dedicated to fostering student achievement, demonstrating a strong commitment to the pastoral care and welfare of our students, and eager to engage in our dynamic extracurricular programs.

We are looking for educators who:

- hold relevant educational qualifications (Degree in Education or PGCE);
- possess a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience;
- can teach humanities, including Geography, at the IGCSE level;
- are capable of delivering well-structured, engaging, and innovative learning experiences;
- can provide a curriculum that is broad, balanced, and tailored to meet diverse student needs;
- consistently set high expectations to inspire and challenge students;
- create and maintain a well-organized and motivating learning atmosphere;
- are adept at integrating technology into their teaching methodologies;
- value the importance of consistently applying school policies;
- appreciate Malaysia's multicultural landscape and are open to immersing themselves in its cultures;
- recognize that the educational journey at EIS extends beyond the confines of the classroom;
- and are willing to go the extra mile for their students.
