Dubai Heights Academy is a friendly and inviting workplace situated in the Al Barsha South region of Dubai. We are excited to extend an opportunity for you to join our dedicated team.
Established in 2017, the school provides an inclusive, engaging, and high-quality education to an international student body ranging from FS1 to Year 12 (2025-2026), with plans to expand to Year 13 in the future.
Our state-of-the-art campus features separate buildings for each educational phase, as well as a 380-seat auditorium. Facilities include three temperature-controlled swimming pools, fully equipped science and computer laboratories, specialist rooms for art, design technology, music, and drama, a library, two multi-purpose sports halls, a full-size football pitch, various outdoor play areas, and a spacious cafeteria. Spanning 292,000 sqft, our expansive campus recently welcomed a new secondary building in August 2025, marking a significant development in our growth.
Dubai Heights Academy offers a curriculum tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students, following the National Curriculum for England as its foundation. This curriculum has been customized to align with local requirements and enhanced with Arabic language, Islamic Studies, Moral Education, and Social Studies. Furthermore, we have partnered with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) to create and implement a specialized AI (artificial intelligence) project-based program for secondary students and an early language initiative using social robots for primary students, enriching our already broad and well-rounded curriculum.

Job Overview
Dubai Heights Academy is on the lookout for enthusiastic and skilled Secondary Computer Science/ICT teachers who possess outstanding subject knowledge and can contribute to the ongoing advancement of student progress and achievement.
We expect candidates to be well-qualified, self-driven, adaptable, creative, and eager to join a team dedicated to academic excellence.
The ideal candidate will need to meet the following criteria:

A B.Ed. or a degree alongside PGCE/PGDE or an equivalent qualification with exceptional subject expertise.

A minimum of 3 years of experience teaching the National Curriculum for England.
•
Experience teaching English from KS3 to KS5.
•
The ability to teach an additional subject is preferred.

Preference will be given to candidates capable of teaching multiple subjects.
