Position Overview:
• As an Individual Needs / Learning Support Teacher at one of our kindergartens, you will deliver specialized instruction, skills training, and tailored support to students with various learning needs and abilities. Your responsibilities will include assessing students, creating and executing personalized education plans, facilitating small group learning, and working alongside classroom teachers to nurture an inclusive atmosphere. This position focuses on promoting students’ growth and development both inside and outside the classroom.
General Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Bachelor’s degree in any field accompanied by a Postgraduate qualification in Early Childhood Education, or an equivalent qualification that enables you to teach children aged 3-5 years.
• Certificate/Diploma in Education (PGCE/PGDE).
• Newly qualified teachers or those with teaching experience from a recognized educational institution.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The iPGCE (assessment only) does not qualify for Teacher Registration status from the Hong Kong Education Bureau, which is essential for teaching at an ESF school.
