About This Role

Ardingly Astana, a British international school located in the heart of Astana, Kazakhstan, commenced operations in September 2024. Affiliated with Ardingly College in the UK—a distinguished independent school established in 1858—Ardingly Astana is dedicated to offering exceptional educational experiences for all students. We are currently seeking a committed Mathematics Teacher to become a part of our founding team for secondary education. We are in search of an individual who is enthusiastic about teaching, embraces creativity, and enjoys collaborating with colleagues. Our educators will be tasked with delivering engaging lessons, nurturing a supportive classroom atmosphere, and instilling a passion for learning in our students. - Employ a range of teaching strategies and resources to boost student learning and engagement.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in a British international school setting.
- Familiarity with the Cambridge or National Curriculum of England for Mathematics; experience with other curricula is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- A growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
