Special Needs Bus Driver

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY - OPEN COMPETITION

The Lac La Ronge Indian Band's Education Department is seeking applications for a Full-Time Term position for the 2025-2026 school year, based in La Ronge, SK: Special Needs Bus Driver.

The successful applicant will be tasked with transporting students with special needs, including those who use wheelchairs, to and from school as well as to various community events and programs. Flexibility in work hours and/or days throughout the school year is necessary. Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor as needed.

Qualifications

• A valid Class 4 Driver’s License
• A current First Aid/CPR certification
• Previous experience is advantageous
• Must demonstrate punctuality, integrity, and dependability
• Ability to provide an acceptable Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector Check and Driver’s Abstract.
