Primary School - PYP Classroom Teacher

To strengthen our Primary School team, we are looking for a dynamic and adaptable PYP Classroom Teacher to start in August.

• Promote and adhere to the mission statements of both the school and the IB.
• Assist in the selection and effective management of classroom resources.
• Create and maintain a well-organized, engaging, and inviting classroom atmosphere.
• Show dedication and effort to make lessons enjoyable and relevant for every student.
• Foster independent learning in students and inspire their passion for education by modeling this enthusiasm.
• Tailor lessons to accommodate varying levels of English proficiency, abilities, and learning styles.
• Integrate technology meaningfully into everyday teaching and learning activities.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and application of the school’s curriculum and policies in your instructional practices.
• Positively contribute to the school’s mission, actively participate in the wider school community, and collaborate with colleagues to share your expertise.
• Develop meaningful and effective communications for parents that showcase the high-quality teaching and learning taking place in the classroom.

YOUR PROFILE

• An enthusiastic, experienced, and well-qualified educator eager to enhance their skills and pursue improvements to uphold a high teaching standard.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Primary Education (English, Math, Social Studies) with a valid teaching certification.
• At least three years of teaching experience in a multilingual setting.
• Familiarity with the IB PYP curriculum.
• Experience in utilizing technology to improve student learning outcomes.
