Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Art Education or a related discipline (minimum requirement)

- Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that enhance creativity and skills
- Proficient in various artistic mediums and techniques suitable for middle school learners
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment
- Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with students, parents, and colleagues
