Head of Boarding

Malvern College Chengdu (MCC), a rapidly expanding all-through institution in China, is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Head of Boarding.

In this crucial pastoral position, the Head of Boarding will collaborate closely with the Deputy Head of Boarding and assume comprehensive responsibility for the boarding program at MCC, ensuring the emotional and physical well-being of all boarding students. The ideal candidate will provide support related to pastoral care and manage parent communications regarding boarding matters. It is vital that they consistently embody the Malvern values in dealing with House-related issues.
