The Role

We are looking for an expert in early childhood education who can inspire a love for learning through our Inquiry-Based curriculum. For those with relevant experience, there may also be an opportunity to assume the Phase Leader role for Early Years.

Professional Requirements & Attributes

  • A recognized qualification in Early Years/Primary Education (QTS, PGCE, PGCEi, B.Ed) or an equivalent professional credential from your home country.
  • A solid background in teaching within the UK or at an accredited British International School.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change and inspire staff towards excellence, particularly pertinent for those interested in the Phase Leader position.
  • Familiarity with data tracking and GL Assessments is highly beneficial.
  • A commitment to meeting the needs of a diverse international student body.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and the capability to incorporate various educational philosophies such as Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Forest School principles.
  • Strong experience in delivering the Phonics program is greatly desired.
