Deputy Headteacher

Following the promotion of our current Deputy Headteacher, the Governing Board of Hollin Primary School are seeking to appoint an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to join our hard working and dedicated staff team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and successful senior leader who has a proven track record of improving the quality of education and leading whole school improvement.

The Governing Board are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who:

• Has a commitment to providing an inclusive and nurturing environment, ensuring that all children are able to flourish.
• Has strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop staff and pupils.
• Is passionate about delivering a rich, inclusive curriculum that meets the needs of a diverse pupil population.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Can foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration and excellence.
• Embraces inclusion and understands how to support children with SEND and other barriers to learning.

• Assist the Headteacher with the day-to day organisation of the school.
• Deputise for the Headteacher in their absence.
