About This Role
UWC Dilijan is in search of a dedicated and skilled Assistant Head of Academic Development, who will report directly to the Head of School. This leadership role offers a significant opportunity for an experienced educator with a strong vision to help guide the next phase of UWC Dilijan. In the position of Assistant Head (Academic Development), your role will extend beyond curriculum management; you will inspire our educators and students from around the world to engage with and make a meaningful impact on an increasingly complex global landscape. As part of our boarding community, we are looking for a leader who values the transformative nature of residential education and is prepared to embrace life outside of traditional classroom boundaries. Collaborating closely with the Head of School, you will be instrumental in fostering teacher development and pursuing academic excellence. As a vital member of the Pedagogical Leadership Team, you will work alongside the other two Assistant Heads (Residential Life and the IB Programme) to cultivate a comprehensive student experience.
