About This Role

JESS Dubai stands out as a premier British International School in the UAE, having received an ‘Outstanding’ rating from the Dubai Schools Inspection Bureau (DSIB). With a global reputation, JESS consistently finds itself among the top 15 private schools in the Middle East and ranks within the top 100 worldwide.

We take immense pride in our students' achievements. JESS has reached the top 1% in the global IB rankings, and annually, we celebrate students who achieve the perfect IB Diploma score of 45/45, placing them in the elite 0.02% globally. Furthermore, 85% of BTEC students earn the highest possible grades of D*D*D*, and our GCSE results are impressive, with averages showing 30% graded 9, 54% graded 8-9, 77% graded 7-9, and 92% graded 6-9. These accolades are a testament to the high standards we uphold for both our staff and students.

JESS aims to lead the region in academics, pastoral care, digital innovation, and co-curricular activities. Our teachers are dedicated to nurturing students who aspire to make a meaningful impact in the world. We foster a supportive educational environment that encourages students to embody curiosity, excellence, commitment, respect, integrity, and care.

To meet the high standards set for a JESS educator, candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to ongoing professional development and maintain exemplary classroom practices. Teachers are expected to be actively engaged in our demanding pastoral care system, uphold exceptional standards of student progress and achievement, and contribute fully to our renowned co-curricular program.

The benefits are significant: working with motivated, courteous, and eager learners; opportunities for professional advancement through comprehensive CPD; being part of a school at the forefront of technology and digital innovation; and joining a team that consistently delivers outstanding academic results with a diverse, non-selective student body.

At JESS, we cultivate a nurturing learning atmosphere where students are always inspired to strive for their best.
