Skills, Experience & Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree along with QTS and PGCE
- For specialist teachers, the bachelor’s degree must be in a directly relevant field (for instance, an English teacher should possess an English-related degree)
- Capability to teach across KS3-5, including IB and A Level, is essential
- A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience is preferred
