About This Role
We are expanding and are in search of a remarkable teacher of English Language & Literature to join our faculty starting on 17-08-2026. We invite applications from exceptional educators who can inspire student curiosity and participation. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the IB MYP/DP frameworks, who can tailor learning experiences and demonstrate a strong commitment to holistic education.

The Role:
In the capacity of an English Language & Literature Teacher for the MYP/DP curriculum, you will ignite student engagement through inquiry-based learning and uphold exemplary standards in teaching, assessment, and reporting. This position calls for a passionate educator who can inspire students, parents, and colleagues to pursue ongoing success. The ideal candidate will focus on holistic education, delivering well-resourced lessons and ensuring an environment that is both nurturing and challenging for all students.
Deliver engaging curriculum content while maintaining high standards in teaching and assessment.
Foster a supportive and stimulating classroom atmosphere that champions students' right to learn.
Design differentiated lessons that cater to the varied needs of students, particularly within the IB MYP/DP framework.
Work collaboratively with students, parents, and colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
Participate in school-wide initiatives and contribute positively to the school community.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in English Language & Literature or a related field.
PGCE with UK Qualified Teacher Status, Bachelor of Education, or SACE.
A minimum of 2-3 years of confirmed teaching experience, preferably in an IB school.
Demonstrated success in achieving outstanding educational outcomes.
A strong commitment to the effective implementation of an enriched IB/MYP and IB/DP curriculum is preferred.
Proficient IT skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues.
Willingness to take part in extracurricular activities.
Strong work ethic and dedication to contributing to the overall welfare of the school.
