The British Vietnamese International School (BVIS) Hanoi, part of Nord Anglia Education, is eager to appoint a remarkable Head of Early Years to spearhead our thriving Early Years Centre.
This presents an exciting chance for an experienced UK-trained Early Years specialist to advance their leadership journey within a vibrant international school context.
The successful applicant will oversee the implementation and enhancement of high-caliber provision in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Collaborating closely with the Primary Leadership Team, you will ensure superior teaching, learning, and pastoral support throughout Early Years while nurturing and developing a strong team of educators.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
•
Leading and enhancing EYFS provision across the Early Years Centre
•
Supporting and coaching educators to guarantee consistently high-quality teaching
•
Overseeing assessment and monitoring of pupil progress in EYFS
•
Collaborating closely with the Primary Leadership Team to uphold high standards
•
Establishing robust partnerships with parents and the wider school community

About You
We seek a collaborative and seasoned Early Years professional who will flourish in an international environment.
Candidates must possess:
•
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
•
A relevant degree
•
A minimum of six years of teaching experience
•
Significant experience in EYFS leadership or coordination
