Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Awal (KBZA) School is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and competent Health, Safety, Facilities & Compliance Specialist to join our staff for the academic year 25-2026 (Term 3, starting April 2026). Key Requirements:
•
Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
•
NEBOSH / IOSH Certification (International General Certificate preferred).
•
Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards is preferred.
•
At least 3 years of experience in Health & Safety in a school or equivalent operational setting.
•
Proven experience in coordinating facilities and managing contractors.
•
In-depth knowledge of HSE legislation and compliance frameworks.
•
Capability in risk assessment and incident investigation.
•
Experience in facilities coordination and contractor oversight.
•
Strong skills in documentation and reporting.
•
Ability to thrive under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
•
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
