About This Role

Purpose of Role

ISP Teacher Key Responsibilities

- Create lesson plans that align with established school and curriculum standards.

- Modify and evaluate lesson plans to address individual student needs, adapt to newly introduced guidelines or regulations, update pertinent information, and incorporate recent educational advancements.

- Tailor the curriculum to accommodate student requirements while ensuring overall class advancement.

- Maintain and continually enhance a solid understanding of curriculum programs and frameworks.

- Evaluate and document student progress, while pinpointing areas needing attention and improvement.

- Foster a secure and supportive learning environment for students.

- Engage with all staff members interacting with students.

- Regularly communicate with parents in accordance with school protocols, including delivering student progress updates and informing them about necessary disciplinary actions.

- Address the diverse ability levels of students.

- Uphold order and discipline among students, emphasizing safety and adherence to school regulations and guidelines.

- Participate in periodic continuing education seminars.

- Attend and contribute to school meetings focused on curriculum, organization, and guidelines.

- Carry out additional duties as assigned by your direct supervisor or the Deputy Head.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Teacher skills

Classroom Management, Curriculum Development, Lesson Planning, In-depth Knowledge of Relevant Teaching Subject Area, Flexible Teaching Approaches, Creative Problem-Solving, Patience, Empathy, Strong Written and Verbal Communication, Organizational Skills, Timeliness, Cultural Sensitivity.

Qualification & Experience:

- Must be a native speaker and possess a valid passport from the US, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, or South Africa.

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a Bachelor of Arts, along with an internationally recognized teaching certification such as PGCE/PGCertEd/QTS.

- Have at least 3 years of international teaching experience at the primary level; experience with the curriculum is preferred.

- Must have a clean criminal record.

Compensation

₫60,000,000 - ₫86,000,000 per month (Salary and housing allowance, other benefits)
