About This Role
Interview: 29th April 2026
This role provides a valuable opportunity to champion the needs of
students with SEND, lead strategic developments, and contribute significantly
to the Quality of Education across the school. You will work within a
supportive department committed to strengthening teaching practice, ensuring
high-quality provision, and securing excellent outcomes for all learners.
We uphold high standards of behaviour and foster an inclusive environment for all students, supporting those pursuing higher education and those with special educational needs. Staff are expected to uphold the school’s ethos and reinforce policies on conduct and courtesy. We encourage involvement in extra-curricular activities to support students’ development beyond the classroom.
