Beacon Academy Trust is looking to hire a Teaching Assistant.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience and/or qualifications in supporting children with English as an Additional Language or special needs, while not mandatory, would be advantageous.

• The capability to assist our students in both mainstream classes and smaller intervention groups.

• A friendly and approachable demeanor.

• The ability to work independently and showcase effective behavior management skills.

An Enhanced DBS (with list checks) is mandatory for this position.
