About This Role

About us

Doha College stands as one of the premier British International Schools worldwide. As a not-for-profit institution, we take pride in being recognized among the top hundred private schools globally in both the esteemed Spear’s School Index and the Carfax Index, marking our distinction as Qatar's sole representative in these rankings. Our (I)GCSE and A-Level examination outcomes rank among the best of similar schools internationally.

We provide our teaching staff with what is widely considered one of the most attractive compensation packages in the Middle East. This includes a generous tax-free salary, an accommodation allowance sufficient for securing high-quality living arrangements in desirable expatriate communities, medical insurance, school fee support covering 75% of fees for up to three children, annual flight allowances, a substantial settling-in allowance, and an end-of-service gratuity.

We are dedicated to fostering your professional journey alongside your well-being, featuring an innovative instructional coaching method aimed at ensuring that all educators, regardless of their experience level, continue to evolve and reach their fullest potential. New staff benefit from a thorough induction and orientation program that assists them in navigating the complexities associated with relocating internationally. Our free on-site crèche for primary-age children supports working parents, and staff representation on our Board of Governors allows them to influence the school's strategic direction.

Most importantly, our dynamic international student body makes for a joyful work environment, and we encourage everyone at the College to contribute their ideas and embrace innovative approaches.

If you are excited about becoming a part of our inspiring team that prioritizes your personal and professional growth, and you are committed to upholding the highest standards with positivity, kindness, and warmth, we eagerly await your application.
