Successful candidates must possess:

- A degree in Education or a related field, such as a Bachelor's degree.
- A certified teaching qualification, including PGCE, QTS with an Induction Certificate, or an equivalent (the PGCE should be paired with a relevant Bachelor's degree).
- A minimum of two years of teaching experience (international experience is beneficial but not mandatory).
- Exceptional knowledge of the subject matter, with considerable experience teaching the British National Curriculum across all key stages.
- A passion for creating a student-centered learning environment.
- A dedication to professional development and a cooperative teaching approach.
- A proven history of delivering outstanding teaching and learning experiences.
- A willingness to engage in extracurricular activities beyond school hours.
