Successful applicants must possess:
- A degree in education, such as a Bachelor’s in Education or a related field.
- A certified teaching qualification, such as PGCE, QTS with an Induction Certificate, or equivalent (the PGCE should be coupled with a subject-relevant Bachelor’s degree).
- At least two years of teaching experience (international experience is advantageous but not essential).
- Strong subject knowledge, with significant experience teaching the British National Curriculum across all key stages.
- A passion for creating a student-centered learning atmosphere.
- A commitment to professional development and a collaborative teaching approach.
- A proven history of delivering outstanding teaching and learning outcomes.
- A dedication to engaging in extracurricular activities beyond school hours.
