Successful applicants must have:
- An educational degree, such as a Bachelor’s in Education or a related field.
- A recognized teaching qualification such as a PGCE, QTS with an Induction Certificate, or an equivalent (the PGCE should be accompanied by a relevant Bachelor’s Degree).
- At least two years of teaching experience (international experience is preferred but not mandatory).
- Extensive subject knowledge, with significant experience teaching the British National Curriculum across all key stages.
- A strong passion for creating a student-centered learning environment.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative teaching approach.
- A proven history of delivering outstanding teaching and learning experiences.
- A willingness to actively engage in extracurricular activities beyond regular school hours.
