Successful candidates must possess:

- A degree in education, such as a Bachelor’s in Education or a related discipline.
- A recognized teaching qualification, including PGCE, QTS with an Induction Certificate, or an equivalent (the PGCE should be paired with a subject-specific Bachelor’s Degree).
- At least two years of teaching experience (international experience is favorable but not compulsory).
- In-depth subject knowledge and extensive experience teaching the British National Curriculum across all key stages.
- A passion for creating a student-centered learning atmosphere.
- A dedication to professional development and a collaborative teaching approach.
- A strong record of delivering exceptional teaching and learning outcomes.
- A willingness to engage in extracurricular activities outside of standard school hours.
