Successful candidates should possess:

- An educational degree, such as a Bachelor’s in Education or a related field.
- A recognized teaching qualification, such as PGCE, QTS with an Induction Certificate, or an equivalent qualification (the PGCE must be paired with a relevant Bachelor’s degree).
- At least two years of teaching experience (international experience is advantageous but not mandatory).
- Strong subject knowledge and extensive experience teaching the British National Curriculum across all key stages.
- A dedication to promoting a student-centered learning environment.
- A commitment to professional development and a collaborative teaching approach.
- A proven history of delivering exceptional teaching and learning outcomes.
- A willingness to engage in extracurricular activities beyond school hours.
