**Successful candidates will possess:**
- An educational degree, such as a Bachelor’s in Education or a related field.
- A certified teaching qualification, such as PGCE, QTS with an Induction Certificate, or an equivalent (the PGCE must be accompanied by a relevant Bachelor’s Degree).
- A minimum of two years of teaching experience (international experience is a plus but not mandatory).
- Exceptional subject expertise, with extensive experience teaching the British National Curriculum across all key stages.
- A passion for creating a student-centered learning atmosphere.
- A commitment to professional development and a collaborative approach to teaching.
- A proven ability to deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences.
- A willingness to engage actively in extracurricular activities beyond school hours.
