Successful candidates will possess:
- An educational degree, such as a Bachelor’s in Education or a related field.
- A recognized teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS with an Induction Certificate, or an equivalent (the PGCE must be paired with a subject-specific Bachelor’s Degree).
- A minimum of two years of teaching experience (international experience is advantageous, but not mandatory).
- Extensive subject knowledge with significant experience teaching the British National Curriculum in a Secondary school setting.
- A genuine passion for creating a student-centered learning environment.
- A dedication to professional development and a collaborative teaching approach.
- A proven history of delivering outstanding teaching and learning outcomes.
- A commitment to actively engage in extracurricular activities outside of school hours.
