Successful candidates will possess:

- A degree in education, such as a Bachelor’s in Education or a related field.
- A recognized teaching qualification, such as PGCE, QTS with an Induction Certificate, or equivalent (the PGCE should be accompanied by a relevant subject Bachelor’s Degree).
- At least two years of teaching experience (international experience is beneficial but not mandatory).
- Strong subject knowledge and significant experience teaching the British National Curriculum across all key stages.
- A genuine enthusiasm for creating a student-centered learning environment.
- A dedication to professional development and a collaborative teaching approach.
- A proven history of delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
- A willingness to engage in extracurricular activities beyond school hours.
