About This Role

Thomas’s College is a newly established selective co-educational day and weekly boarding institution catering to students aged 11 to 18. Nestled within a picturesque five-acre campus atop Richmond Hill, just a 15-minute walk from Richmond Station, the school boasts impressive buildings that encircle a central garden. Our exceptional sports facilities are located a short drive away, and Richmond Park is right at our doorstep, providing an abundance of green space.

Our mission is to pioneer a fresh approach to independent education in London, tailored to the preferences and aspirations of each student. We combine the best of traditional educational excellence with innovative practices. All students have the opportunity to study psychology, we provide alternative qualifications alongside GCSE and A Level options, and we have revamped the student experience to include a three-year Sixth Form — positioning us at the forefront of educational reform.

At the core of our ethos is a nurturing family environment infused with the enthusiasm and drive characteristic of an entrepreneurial start-up. We believe this unique atmosphere will yield lasting benefits for our students in terms of their achievements, well-being, and values. For our staff, we aspire for their time at the College to be a cherished aspect of their professional journey.
