About This Role
ACS International School Doha is looking to hire an enthusiastic, innovative, and dedicated Principal to head our Middle & High School Division. As an IB World Continuum school, ACS Doha provides the PYP, MYP, DP & CP curriculum.
The Principal will work in close collaboration with the Head of School to manage the daily functions of the Middle & High School, catering to students in Grades 6-12. This leadership role encompasses all facets of Middle & High School operations, including fostering relationships with parents, supporting and developing faculty, evaluating staff, and providing pedagogical guidance. The individual in this position will be directly responsible for student behavior and wellbeing, ensuring that staff, students, and parents are all aligned with the School’s expectations.

Reporting to: Head of School
Start date: January 2025 or shortly thereafter
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- A relevant Master’s degree (or equivalent) in leadership
Experience and Knowledge:
- Proven understanding of the challenges faced by middle schools, including curriculum development, middle school teaching methods, and best practices
- Skills in line management and a keen interest in school administration
- Strong commitment to wellbeing, health & safety, and safeguarding/Child Protection
