Nursery Room Leader-Age 3 & 4 Nursery

St Thomas More Catholic Primary School and Nursery is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to lead our thriving nursery provision. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate early years professional to play a key role in shaping the educational experiences of our youngest learners within a nurturing, inclusive and faith-filled environment.

The Nursery Room Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding and education for children aged 3-4 years. Working closely with the Headteacher, EYFS Lead and wider school team, the successful candidate will lead and support nursery staff, develop an engaging EYFS curriculum, build strong partnerships with families and contribute to the continued growth and success of the nursery.

We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to ensuring every child feels valued, supported and inspired to achieve their full potential.
