Opened in September 2022, Downe House Riyadh is the inaugural premium British private all-girls’ school (Boys Pre-School-Year 4) for students aged 3-18 in Saudi Arabia. The launch of a new school is an exhilarating opportunity, and as we approach our third year, Downe House Riyadh is proud to offer a world-class curriculum. Situated in the renowned neighbourhood of Aqeeq in northern Riyadh, our curriculum is thoughtfully tailored to the needs of Saudi Arabia, ensuring our students excel in Arabic language and Islamic Studies in addition to other subjects. Downe House Riyadh functions within the framework of a UK independent school, and we expect all staff to actively engage in and maintain a positive attitude toward co-curricular activities.

The Position - EYFS Teacher

Downe House Riyadh is in search of a passionate and committed EYFS Class Teacher who is dedicated to establishing a solid foundation for learning within the UK EYFS Framework. In this role, you will be instrumental in nurturing students' curiosity, encouraging critical thinking, and embedding vital skills that will support their long-term academic success, aligned with the Downe House DNA Values. We are looking for an experienced EYFS Practitioner eager to join a strong team of like-minded professionals.

With a number of our students developing English as an Additional Language (EAL), you will implement strategies that promote language acquisition alongside academic progress, ensuring that every student can engage with and thrive in the curriculum. While specialist teachers handle Ministry of Education subjects, you will provide students with a rich and varied curriculum, employing creative and adaptive teaching methods to cater to diverse learning needs. The Person

Remuneration
