About This Role

Our goal is to support students in excelling academically, socially, and emotionally while fostering a global outlook.

We are actively seeking an Elementary School Student Affairs Coordinator to fulfill the role of Dean of Students. This position focuses on promoting the well-being, behavior management, and overall development of our elementary/primary school students in accordance with the IB PYP curriculum. The coordinator will work in close partnership with teachers, parents, and the administration to create a positive school climate that supports student achievement and personal growth.

Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in student affairs or comparable roles within an educational environment
- Familiarity with the IB PYP philosophy and its implementation
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively collaborate with students, staff, and families
- Proficiency in managing student behavior through restorative practices that comply with school policies
- Excellent organizational skills to oversee programs related to student welfare, attendance monitoring, counseling referrals, and extracurricular activities
- Problem-solving capabilities to address student concerns proactively
