About This Role
Assistant Heads at Victoria College play a vital part in achieving the school's strategic vision. As members of the Leadership Group, each Assistant Head is entrusted with specific responsibilities within the College, allowing them to lead, make impactful decisions, and oversee policies pertinent to their assigned areas.
We are pleased to announce a vacancy on this team, beginning in September 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter.
This role is ideal for an experienced middle or senior leader eager to expand their influence throughout the school, engage in broader leadership opportunities, and further their professional growth.
Responsibilities will be tailored to align with the successful candidate's background and interests. It is important to note that Assistant Heads at Victoria College may periodically rotate their duties to encourage professional development. The current key focus areas for the Assistant Head team include:
• Curriculum, Teaching and Learning
• Staffing and Operations
• Supercurriculum
• Sixth Form (Years 12-13)
• Middle School (Years 9-11)
• Lower School (Years 7-8)
