MYP English Teacher - August 2026

Bloom World Academy is on the lookout for innovative and skilled educators for the position of MYP English Teacher to begin in the Academic Year 2026/2027.

As an International Baccalaureate (IB) educator, you will need to demonstrate a strong dedication to fostering international mindedness within your classroom and contribute to its advancement throughout the school. A solid understanding of, or experience with, a student-centered, inquiry-based learning approach is essential. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal abilities and have a proven history of cultivating and maintaining professional relationships, alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We seek seasoned teachers who are passionate about supporting every child in their learning journey and creating a classroom atmosphere where all students can thrive. You should be adept at teaching learners of diverse abilities and have a history of achieving exceptional student outcomes.

While experience with the IB program is highly desirable, it is not mandatory, as training will be provided. As an educator, you are expected to have the knowledge and expertise to design engaging, rich, and challenging learning experiences for your students, possess a solid understanding of assessment and its application in the classroom, and, most importantly, have the enthusiasm to motivate students to reach their full potential and beyond.

Required Candidate Profile

•
Proficient or advanced English language skills

•
Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field, with a PGCE in Education with QTS or equivalent

Experience in IB or GCSE English/Humanities

•
A minimum of three years of teaching experience in a respected school

•
A proven track record of exceptional student results

Exhibits professionalism, enthusiasm, commitment, and integrity

Cultural awareness, well-developed communication skills, and eagerness to engage with students and parents
