Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and enhance the Design Technology curriculum.
• Cultivate exceptional teaching practices that incorporate creative, technical, and industry-relevant skills.
• Monitor student progress, utilizing data to shape intervention strategies and curriculum enhancements.
• Ensure quality assurance through lesson observations, data monitoring, and departmental planning.
• Contribute to the school’s strategic vision and improvement plans, encouraging collaboration across subjects.
• Assist the Senior Leadership Team in preparing for inspections and delivering professional development in Design Technology.
Skills
Ideal candidates will need to:

Hold a BEd or a bachelor’s degree in Design Technology with an equivalent PGCE.
