Position: Secondary School Math Teacher
We are in search of a highly skilled Secondary School Math Teacher to instruct Algebra at St Michael's School. The ideal applicant will have a proven track record of teaching high school mathematics and a solid comprehension of Common Core curriculum standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in high school math instruction
- In-depth knowledge of Common Core curriculum standards
- Capability to develop engaging lesson plans tailored to a diverse student body
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Competence in incorporating technology into classroom teaching
- Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow educators
- Outstanding organizational skills
- A background history screening will be conducted as part of the hiring process
