We are in search of an exceptional Year 5 or Year 6 Teacher who upholds high standards, is passionate about fostering student growth, and is eager to be a part of an innovative and forward-looking team.

Key Responsibilities


• Provide high-quality teaching and learning experiences that align with the National Curriculum for England, ensuring students are both challenged and supported academically.

• Create an engaging and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.

• Equip students with essential skills in leadership, critical thinking, and independent learning to prepare them for a smooth transition to secondary school.

• Implement innovative, evidence-based teaching strategies to inspire and motivate students.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues, parents, and the broader school community to enhance student well-being and academic performance.

• Incorporate global perspectives and interdisciplinary learning into lessons to cultivate well-rounded learners.

Experience & Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s in Education or a BA with a PGCE (or equivalent teaching qualification) is mandatory.

• Fully qualified teacher with QTS and a minimum of two years’ experience delivering the National Curriculum for England at Key Stage 2.

• A solid understanding of the developmental needs of Upper Key Stage 2 students, emphasizing their preparation for secondary education.

• A dedication to raising academic standards and contributing to a high-achieving team.

• An innovative educator who embraces research-informed teaching methods and progressive strategies.

• Excellent classroom management capabilities to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

• A reflective practitioner eager to engage in the school’s Professional Learning Community and pursue ongoing professional development.

Shortlisting & Interview Process:

• Candidates selected for shortlisting will be invited to submit a video introduction that highlights their teaching philosophy and achievements.

• Successful candidates will advance to an online interview with the Primary Principal and key school leaders.

• Candidates currently based in the UAE will be asked to conduct a 45-minute lesson observation followed by an in-person interview with senior leadership.
