Job Description:
The chosen candidate will exhibit a positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will oversee and implement exceptional teaching practices in line with the National Curriculum of England, ensuring a high-quality and engaging learning experience for our Key Stage 1 students.
Experience and Education Requirements:
● A relevant bachelor’s degree in Education or a BA with a PGCE is essential
● Fully qualified teacher with Qualified Teacher Status and a minimum of 2 years' experience delivering the National Curriculum for England to Key Stage 1 students
● A dedicated professional focused on elevating standards in accordance with the school’s vision, mission, and values
● Teacher with a solid understanding of the National Curriculum for England
● Outstanding educator capable of delivering innovative lessons based on contemporary pedagogical practices and forward-thinking initiatives
● Exceptional organizational and time management skills
● Strong verbal and written communication abilities
● Commitment to the principles of inclusion, diversity, and wellbeing
● A teacher with a natural eagerness to learn, contribute to, and engage in the school's Professional Learning Community
● A collaborative professional who works effectively both within the immediate team and across the broader school community

Candidates already in the UAE will have the opportunity to conduct a 45-minute lesson observation with the appropriate year group, followed by an in-person interview with key school leaders.
