Job Description:

The chosen candidate will exhibit a positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will oversee and implement exceptional teaching practices in line with the National Curriculum of England, ensuring a high-quality and engaging learning experience for our Key Stage 1 students.

Experience and Education Requirements:

● A relevant bachelor’s degree in Education or a BA with a PGCE is essential

● Fully qualified teacher with Qualified Teacher Status and a minimum of 2 years' experience delivering the National Curriculum for England to Key Stage 1 students

● A dedicated professional focused on elevating standards in accordance with the school’s vision, mission, and values

● Teacher with a solid understanding of the National Curriculum for England

● Outstanding educator capable of delivering innovative lessons based on contemporary pedagogical practices and forward-thinking initiatives

● Exceptional organizational and time management skills

● Strong verbal and written communication abilities

● Commitment to the principles of inclusion, diversity, and wellbeing

● A teacher with a natural eagerness to learn, contribute to, and engage in the school's Professional Learning Community

Shortlisting / Interview Process:

Candidates selected for shortlisting will be invited to present a video that highlights their personality and teaching achievements to date. Successful submissions will lead to an online interview with the Primary Principal and key school leaders. Candidates already in the UAE will have the opportunity to conduct a 45-minute lesson observation with the appropriate year group, followed by an in-person interview with key school leaders.
