Class Teacher – Maths Lead (TLR 2a £3,527, Permanent)

Rushey Green Primary School is seeking a highly motivated and committed class teacher to join our team on a permanent basis, with additional responsibility as Maths Lead. This role carries a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) 2a) £3,527 per annum. We welcome applications from experienced practitioners who are passionate about teaching and raising standards in mathematics.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be an excellent classroom practitioner with a creative and inspiring approach to teaching
• Lead the development of mathematics across the school, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning
• Support colleagues through coaching, guidance, and professional development
• Analyse pupil progress and attainment in maths and implement strategies to raise standards
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and work effectively as part of a team
